Creation of new projects via the toolbox website does not seem to work

When trying to create a new project at http://exist3.ulb.tu-darmstadt.de:8080/exist/apps/edoc/addins/wdm-toolbox/main.html?q=project (please also see the screenshot), nothing happens when filling out the form and clicking on "Prüfen". In addition, nothing can be entered into the field "Jahrgang". (No cursor can be placed into the field.) Perhaps this issue is related with the problem, that one cannot log in to the toolbox at the moment ( #20) or the project creation endpoint error ( #19 (closed)).
