Conversion API call returns error "Unauthorized"

At the moment, conversion API calls in the structure

http://exist.ulb.tu-darmstadt.de/2/r/edoc/addins/wdm-toolbox/convert/jz000121-0003?pipeline=mdpi_jats_relaxng_schema.rng

fail with the error message:

error converting content for ID jz000121-0003: err401: Unauthorized

Do you have an idea, what causes the error?
